I Kathy Hackett, the breeder/owner of the said puppy (described below) herafter "Seller" do enter into agreement with ________________________________herafter "Buyer" for the purpose of transferring ownership of said puppy.
The said puppy is a purebred Miniature Australian Shepherd.

The puppy is a _______________with/without copper and white. The pups date of birth is ____________. The registration papers will include as part of the puppies name, the kennel name "Skoach's" This pup is sold as a pet and must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age. Proof of this from a qualified vet must be sent to Seller as soon as it has been done by 7months of age. Registration application will be sent to Buyer at this time or as soon as available. For any guarantee on this pup this pup must be altered by this time. If this pup is not altered by this time the Seller has the right to take back the pup along with all paperwork at no expense to Seller. Seller will either alter pup and Seller is paid cost by Buyer or Seller will keep the pup and rehome.
To the best of the Seller's knowledge this pup is in good health at the time of agreement . The Buyer agrees to have said pup vet checked within 2 days of receiving it. (If Buyer does not do this within this period there will be no refund or guarantee to pups health) if pup is determined to be in ill health (nothing to do with internal parasites ) the Buyer can elect to keep the pup, assuming all costs for it's care or may return the pup upon Seller's receipt of vet's statement regarding the pups health and stating the pup can be shipped. All vet bills are the Buyers responsibility. My vet will examine the pup and this finding will be the final say, then any refunds will be made.
The Seller will transfer ownership of the pup for $_______to be paid in full before pup leaves the Seller's home unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties and in writing.
If the pup is returned due to a new owner change of mind (also understanding that any allergies are the Buyers responsibility to know about, same applies)

Within 7 days of date of sale 75% refund of purchase price is possibly due.
Within 14 days of date of sale 50% refund of purchase price is possibly due.
Within 21 days of date of sale 25% refund of purchase price is possibly due.
Within 28 days of date of sale 10% refund of purchase price is possibly due. All minus deposit.
After 28 days of date of sale no refunds are due.
Any refunds are due when dog is rehomed or next litter has been sold. If the dog has been found to have been mistreated, fed a non quality food, not taken to puppy and dog classes there is no refund!
The puppy must be returned with all paperwork signed over to seller.
Breeder's discretion, so make sure you are ready for a busy puppy in your life! This pup is not to be fed puppy
food, to do so will void the health guarantee, but please feed a high quality no grain food.
Should eye or hip defects appear before 2 yrs of age, to the degree the dog no longer can assume the original
purpose of purchase as a pet, (this finding shall be accompanied by certified vet CERF, OFA or OVC as to the problem and "seller" has the right to a second opinion.) If dog is found to be overweight contract will be void,
extra weight puts strain on all joints as well as organs.
