The buyer's choices will be as follows:
     -keep pup and assume all costs and receive a replacement pup when a similar one is
      available.
     -give the pup back and get a replacement pup when a similar one is available. All
      travel costs are buyer's responsibility.
     -keep the pup and assume all costs and receive a refund. Amount depending on genetic
      problem and determined by Seller up to 50% of original price. Refund when next litter
      is sold.
     -
give the pup back and get a partial refund up to a max of 50% of original price when   pup is resold, if not resold seller will pay 50% of original price when next litter is sold.
  The Buyer certifies by signing this contract that the pup will live with the buyer, be confined by a fenced yard (or supervised at all times) will have adequate exercise, quality food and necessary regular vet care.
Never use heartworm medicine containing IVORMECTIN  it may kill your pup. Recommended is INTERCEPTOR please make your vet aware. A copy of the dangers meds will be given Buyer.
If for any reason this dog is not able to live with the Buyer in the future, Buyer will contact the Seller. 
This pup is NEVER to be placed in a pound or rescue! No exchanges of money or replacement is offered in these circumstances, pup returns to Seller.
If this pup is being mistreated or has been bred, Seller has the right to reposes the dog and any offspring and a fine of $3000 to Buyer will be levied.
Buyer understands that adverse treatment (over or under discipline) of the pup can affect the personality, buyer agrees to take the time to socialize and train this pup.
This pup is never to be tied out for any long length of time and must be supervised.
Buyer will  take pup for at least one or more set of puppy socialization classes, and one set of obedience classes by the time pup is 8months old, this can be lots of fun for the whole family and a much needed tool to help puppy learn the basics. Copies of these classes are to be sent to breeder. If  the dog has not been taken to classes and at 8 months has a personality or behavior problem breeder can take pup back at no cost to them.
All reasonable efforts have been made to socialize our pups in our home, getting them out meeting people and other dogs (after 12wk shots) is strongly advised, he needs to interact with strangers to be a better adjusted dog.
If you have children you must supervise them with your pup at all times. Children (or anyone) must never be allowed to tease or play too rough with your pup.
We offer no guarantee as to the size of your new pet. Our dogs have generations of proven miniatures, however a crop-up to a Australian Shepherd is still possible.
Signature of buyer signifies agreement and understanding  of this contract. If any breach of contract occurs the Seller has the right to take back the dog at NO charge to Seller along with a fine of $3000 fine to Buyer.
Any conflicts between Seller and Buyer shall be dealt with in the city of Kingston,  Province of Ontario, Canada

Seller will not be responsible for any vet care or other care bills once puppy has left Seller'a home.
